Millefiori Honey

 
Obtained from the nectar of different flowers, it has an amber brown color. With a little pronounced and neutral taste. This honey has a strong tendency to crystallize, this is due to the presence of glucose and to all-natural chemical-physical processes that do not alter the characteristics of honey. It is sufficient to warm it gently in a bain-marie to bring it back to its liquid state. Typical table honey dissolves easily in tea and herbal teas and is recommended for fighting colds and bronchitis.
